Los Robles Medical Center, Southern Hills Hospital and Good Samaritan Hospital recognized for commitment to patients
Las Vegas, NV – Three of HCA Healthcare’s Far West Division facilities have been recognized for excellence in patient safety in the latest rankings by Healthgrades™, a renowned independent resource connecting physicians, patients and health systems.
Good Samaritan Hospital in San Jose, CA., Los Robles Regional Medical Center in Thousand Oaks, CA. and Southern Hills Hospital in Las Vegas were all recipients of the Patient Safety Excellence Award™, which Healthgrades™ terms “a recognition of the outstanding care these organizations provide and a much-needed resource for consumers as they navigate their healthcare choices.”
“I am always so proud of the commitment our hospitals make to the care and safety of our patients, and this recognition just brings that commitment home,” said Division Chief Medical Officer Jeff Murawsky, MD. “Caring for patients like family is more than a slogan for us, it’s the embodiment of our values.”
Every spring, Healthgrades™ recognizes hospitals that outperform their peers across 13 patient safety indicators (PSIs). As clinical outcomes vary significantly from hospital to hospital, more consumers recognize the critical role quality awards play in helping them find top-rated care.
