Four Far West Health System Hospitals are designated by the American College of Surgeons Commission on Cancer as Comprehensive Community Cancer Centers. Fewer than 25% of the nation's hospitals qualify for this designation that requires meeting stringent standards of multi-disciplinary care.
The hospitals known for outstanding cancer care services are: Good Samaritan San Jose, Los Robles Regional Medical Center, Riverside Community Hospital and Sunrise Hospital in Las Vegas.
